  • We perform audit and review service on
    historical, forecasted and projected
    financial statements. Several audits
    include consolidated and combined
    statements of multiple entities operating
    in several states and countries. Besides
    reviewing and auditing financial
    statements prepared based on general
    accepted accounting principles in
    United States, we also review and audit
    other comprehensive basis statements
    including international financial
    reporting standards statements.
FIN 48 & Tax Accrual Studies
  • We assist clients in performing FIN 48 studies and in
    preparing tax accruals for audits by their independent
    auditors.
Bank Collateral Audits
  • We perform agreed upon procedures to evaluate the
    overall accounting systems, operational controls and
    compliance of loan covenants for banks and financial
    institutions before granting credit for their customers.
Internal Control Evaluation
  • We assist our clients to evaluate their internal control of
    their operation and advise them to improve on their
    operational efficiency and reporting controls.
Personal Financial Statements
  • We prepare personal financial statements for our clients
    for their own use and for credit applications.
Compilation and Bookkeeping Assistance
  • We compile financial statements both under generally
    accepted accounting principles and other comprehensive
    base of accounting. We also assist smaller clients in
    setting up their accounting systems, transaction recording
